This function has a strategic commercial responsibility and reports to the Market Segment Director. This falls into the Marketing department of the business. The role will be home-based in Germany, Poland, Italy or France. The company itself is located in Bavaria, Germany. Your activities will include:
  • Create and implement market development plans aligned with division goals to drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee development strategies and evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure effective execution of market strategies.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry influencers, and partners.
  • Monitor and report on market performance metrics, making strategic adjustments as necessary.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Your profile:
  • University Degree in Engineering or Business or Marketing or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in technical product marketing or technical sales.
  • Proven experience in utilizing performance metrics, evaluating market trends, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent English language skills. Other languages are a plus.
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time.
