The product line related to this role is within the field of Radio Frequency (RF) technology. Applications can be found within the Automotive, Aerospace, Defense and Telecommunications industries.
This function has a strategic commercial responsibility and reports to the Market Segment Director. This falls into the Marketing department of the business.
The role will be home-based in Germany, Poland, Italy or France. The company itself is located in Bavaria, Germany.
Your activities will include:
- Create and implement market development plans aligned with division goals to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee development strategies and evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify expansion opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure effective execution of market strategies.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry influencers, and partners.
- Monitor and report on market performance metrics, making strategic adjustments as necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Your profile:
- University Degree in Engineering or Business or Marketing or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in technical product marketing or technical sales.
- Proven experience in utilizing performance metrics, evaluating market trends, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English language skills. Other languages are a plus.
- Able to travel up to 50% of the time.
