For their Automotive Electric Drivetrain BU, the business is searching for a new Sales Manager (Key Account Manager) who will engage with OEM and Tier 1 customers.

Your activities will include:

• Actively drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships.
• Lead negotiations with key accounts, engaging directly with decision-makers at OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to establish long-term partnerships.
• Successfully close complex sales deals while achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify and seize new business opportunities.
• Work closely with engineering and technical teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
• Represent Johnson Electric at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand presence and strengthen client connections.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent technical qualification.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated sales experience in the automotive industry, with a proven ability to lead negotiations, build strategic customer relationships, and deliver results in a competitive market.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive technologies and solutions.
• Proficiency in both English and German (additional languages are a plus).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach, adept at managing the complexities of automotive sales.
• Willingness to travel, primarily within Europe.
