Great opportunity to join an established Importer within the motorcycle segment. The company is looking to hire an Sales Rep who will help them grow the dealer network in NRW, Germany.

Excellent possibility to join a growing business with lots of history in the field and to be part of a reputable motorcycle brand. You will join a dynamic organization which is looking to improve its results and further grow its presence in Germany.

Your activities:

  • Selling products using a consultative approach.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and business partner to customers.
  • Assisting clients in positioning themselves effectively and increasing their sales by aligning with shared objectives.
  • Identifying customer and consumer needs, understanding their business challenges, and providing tailored advice.
  • Conducting market analysis, leveraging product and industry knowledge, identifying key accounts, and developing a regional account plan.
  • Acquiring new dealers by engaging potential customers and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Proactively managing dealer relationships by translating, developing, and monitoring account plans and dealership performance.
  • Driving sales by building trust-based relationships, providing in-depth product and service explanations, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to anticipate changes and adapt accordingly.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized administrative records, including correspondence, contracts, and quotations, in collaboration with the inside sales team.

Your profile:

  • You have Sales experience in the motorcycle / two-wheel industry.
  • Having a natural commercial mindset with strong drive and ambition, you are goal-oriented, entrepreneurial, and determined to achieve success.
  • Customer-focused, committed to delivering a personalized approach.
  • Practical and hands-on mentality.
  • Native German speaker with a good command of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Skilled at persuading others and promoting effective ways of working.
  • Resilient under pressure, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
