This is a 1-year contracting role where you will have an impact on the company’s Parts & Accessories Business Unit on a European scale.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drive profitability across Europe’s aftersales business through genuine spare parts pricing optimization.
• Develop and implement sustainable pricing and aftersales strategies in collaboration with European markets and HQ.
• Provide expertise in automotive aftermarket pricing, commercial strategy, and value chain optimization.
• Lead genuine spare parts pricing optimization across European markets to improve competitiveness and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with European distributors, national sales companies, and HQ to implement pricing and aftersales initiatives.
• Develop sustainable pricing processes, governance, and best practices.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and performance updates to management.
• Monitor key aftersales KPIs, including pricing, parts sales, customer retention, supply performance, and profitability.

Your profile:

• University Degree.
• Experience in Pricing for Spare Parts in an OEM, Importer or Aftermarket environment.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Excellent communication, commercial and analytical skills.
• Ideally already based in Belgium and having your own company where you can directly invoice from.
